Moisora Moissanites, crafted from silicon carbide (4H crystalline polytype), are premium lab-created gemstones that closely resemble diamonds in appearance but differ chemically. Since all our stones are cut to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. For custom jewelry, we aim to complete your piece within 6-8 weeks. Your Moissanite is Charles and Colvard Moissanite?
No, we have our own manufacturing factory in Surat (Diamond City) INDIA. All our Moissanite Diamonds are cut & polished by professional artisan of Gold Mercado Family. We have a team of gemologists who will inspect the diamonds before we stud them in jewelry.
Your moissanite diamonds are certified?
Yes, all our Moissanite Diamonds are certified and tested by International Laboratory. We give a physical authenticity certificate card of your diamond jewelry on request. You must pay a $50USD certification charge. You can also check the authenticity of diamonds from any International Laboratory in your country.
Does your jewelry comes with metal authenticity stamp?
Yes, all jewelry comes with metal authenticity stamps. Once your jewelry is ready to ship at our manufacturing unit after that we will send it to the International hallmarking laboratory they will check the metal authenticity & stamp on it.
Design & Ordering
Do you offer custom design?
Yes, we do. You have to share your dream jewelry images with us and we will create it for you.
How custom order works?
We will be pleased to receive the customized and personalized order. We have a simple procedure for customized orders, the steps are as below...
- Start a conversation with one of our jewelry designers about your customized design. They will help you in the designing process of your jewelry also if you have a specific design in your mind send us a picture.
- We will create CAD (Computer Design) of your jewelry and send it to you for confirmation. If you need any changes you can let us know we will do changes according to your requirements.
- Once the CAD is approved from your side. We will Cut & Polish your Moissanite Diamond and start the jewelry manufacturing process.
- When your jewelry is ready to ship, we will share the Images & Videos of your jewelry and then ship it with an international courier company.

Can I customize a Moisora Design?
Yes, most of our designs can be customized to suit your taste and lifestyle, as an example Moissanite can be replaced with Diamond, Sapphires or Emeralds, prong styles can be changes from traditional to claw.
Simple design changes will add a extra minimal fee, if the ring design changes in a more significant way like two rings put together, larger or smaller stones are required, a design element is added or removed or if a design image is required, there will be additional charges, or the design may be considered custom at the designer's discretion. Can I order a Moisora design with any center stone & shape?
Yes, all of our designs are meant to be customized with your choice of center stone and metal! Most work well with center stone sizes from 0.30 carats to 3.0 carats, and in many shapes like oval, pear, brilliant, etc. Contact Us for center stone size & shape changes.
Rush order service available?
Yes, we offer rush order service so that you will get your jewelry before the best moment of your life. We do not charge any extra money for rush orders, but please contact us our executives to get exact manufacturing timing at Support@moisora.com
Processing & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our jewelry all over the world.
When will my order be shipped?
Each piece of our ethical fine jewelry is hand made especially for you, with love and care. Your beautiful piece of jewelry will be made in max. 2 to 3 weeks plus shipping time. Custom, Customized and Engraved pieces will require additional time.
How do I track my order?
Once, we dispatch your jewelry from our manufacturing unit after that we will update you with the tracking information so you can track your package. If you facing any error to track your jewelry please contact us athello@goldmercado.com.
Can I change my address before shipment?
Yes, you can change the address before item ship from our manufacturing facility by sending a direct message, once the item is shipped out you can't change. We will not be responsible for any loss of parcel that occurs due to a wrong address.
Return, Resizes & Repairs
What is Moisora return and refund policy?
We will accept return and exchange on most pieces. Items must be returned in unworn condition within 21 days of receipt. All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. If you want to exchange your piece, we'll apply full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or grater value. Read our Return & Refund Policy here.
The ring I ordered doesn't fit. Can I resize it?
Yes, absolutely. As long as it’s a Moisora piece (that is not an eternity band version of one of our designs) we will resize it for free.
If you chose the “Eternity Band” style option for your ring, resizing incurs a $100 fee (as opposed to our standard complimentary service). You will be required to email us to confirm your ring size before we can begin production on your piece.
